Nation of Language release their now third album ‘Strange Disciple’. In the three short years since their acclaimed debut ‘Introduction, Presence’ (2020), Nation of Language have experienced a steep rise from the small, local scene to international stages and late-night TV shows.
On their latest work, the New York trio was able to expand their new-wave, post-punk, synth-driven sound with new fervor: they incorporated live drums into their arrangements, played more guitar than ever before, and the groovy songs with bouncing bass lines tell of a journey into the unknown.
