Is the earth happy about a world without humans?
When you consider what humans have done to the blue planet so far, this question seems anything but visionary and not a little unreal. Are overexploitation and destruction as a result of “subdue the earth” really all that humanity is capable of? Have we forgotten what really matters? Have we ever known or paid attention to it?
After “Room (Raum)”, Ulf Müller and Manfred Thomaser also take an extremely critical view of people’s actions on their new single “Free (Gratis)”.
“We’ve created our own dead ends that we regularly drive into, only to find ourselves standing in front of a wall without understanding,” says Ulf. And Manfred continues: “Yet planet Earth is paradise, a gift for life. But we wander from horizon to horizon and from abyss to abyss.”
