Nobody would have thought that 15 years ago. The “electropop.” Compilation series celebrates anniversary. In keeping with the 15th anniversary of conzoom Records, the 25th edition of this successful and at the same time longest compilation series is being released.
“electropop.25” will be released on August 8th, 2023 and again there will be 13 tracks by 13 artists who have not yet appeared on an official compilation. Among others are:Blackcarburning, Code 64, Neon Space Men, Rohn+Lederman, The Grab Society and Mari Kattman.
As usual, there will also be a strictly limited “electropop.25 (Super Deluxe Fan Bundle)” with 4 promotional bonus CD-Rs.
On the 15th anniversary of the foundation of our label, on 08.08.2023, the first special edition of our long-standing and successful “electropop. compilation series.” It is a compilation with cover versions of Depeche Mode tracks by refreshing bands from the electropop field.
This compilation revives the musical diversity of Depeche Mode through the cover versions and not only for the individual bands and artists the covering of the songs meant a journey of experience, but also for us in compiling the cover versions that finally made it onto the official CD.
As there are extended versions of most of the tracks in addition to the normal edits, we will make versions not used on the official CD available as a free download for the first 100 purchasers of the “electropop. depeche mode (Super Deluxe Fan Bundle)”. The download link will be sent to you on the release date.
The three promotional bonus CD-Rs of the “electropop. depeche mode (Super Deluxe Fan Bundle)” include a remix collection of the latest “Nature Of Wire Remixes Volume 5″, a ten-song retrospective of the work of the Swedish synthpop band Climate Zombies and an exclusive remix album by Birmingham Electric with previously unpublished tracks.
