Parralox will release a special Seasonal Album on 03/31/2023 with great and timeless cover versions of old classics.
This “Holiday ’21/’22” release combines both the previously digital-only “Holiday ’21” tracks and the new songs from the current digital “Holiday ’22” edition exclusively on CD.
On it, among other things, is the incredibly atmospheric cover version of the new Depeche Mode hit “Ghosts Again”.
Parralox have taken on various other timeless classics besides the Depeche Mode song and wrapped them in a wonderful, timeless, new synthpop garb. “Holiday 21/22” is a brilliant voyage of discovery and further proof that the Australian project around mastermind John von Ahlen continues to release unreservedly brilliant synthpop songs in its 15th year of existence.
