The new album H9 by Massiv in Mensch, which will be released on April 1, includes many remixes of previously released songs.
It is a release with a clear focus on danceability and energy. With Rob Dust and Dominatrix they were able to engage excellent and hip remixers of the scene. Very catchy versions of the songs Snow in Frisia and Sturm were created. Other titles like Türkis ist das neue Schwarz or Zurück in die Vergangenheit were deconstructed and rearranged by the band itself.
With Die Verwandlung and the epic Schaltzentrale there are two brand new tracks that round off this release. The H9 was a cult discotheque from the Frisian town of Varel, the home of Massiv in Mensch. In this respect, a fitting namesake for the very club-oriented mini-album, which stylistically oscillates between synthpop, EBM and techno/trance.
