When two seasoned musicians meet, sometimes an intersection is created and quite often something new. In the case of The Grab Society, the paths of Manfred Thomaser (!distain, Arsine Tibé, Demokratie, The Independent Season) and Ulf Müller (Projekt Ich, M.U.N.T Connection, Voul, SmotchH, U.M. Fiedel, Tränenwelten, Mission Zanzibar, 2MBK) crossed.
Both musicians are known to be open to new influences or collaborations and so the music world now gets to enjoy a first song-.
Result.
“The Outsider (Außenseiter)” is a fluffy electro-pop composition with longing but also dark influences, featuring German lyrics. This oscillates between disorientation, everyday madness and general questions of meaning. The split vocal part creates a gripping field of tension. The single “The Outsider (Außenseiter)” will be released on 28.04.2023 via Echozone
