After almost 30 years, Funker Vogt are releasing their 1996 debut album “Thanks for Nothing” for the first time, strictly limited, on colored double vinyl. For the vinyl production, colorful, recycled vinyl was used in a special process, which makes each record unique.
All tracks were remastered for the vinyl production by mastermind Gerrit Thomas on the basis of the original recordings from 1996. The album thus appears in an unprecedented sound quality and once again clearly shows what a milestone the band created back then: Club hits such as “Black Hole”, “Funker Vogt” and “Thanks for Nothing” had a lasting impact on the EBM scene.
As a bonus to the original album tracks, the “Body Rapture Remix” of “Thanks for Nothing” and the “In Between Mix” of “A New Beginning” are included.
